Each photo is offered at the maximum size available. The last digit of the photo number indicates the number of megapixels (a photo number ending with a zero denotes 10 megapixels—see table below).

Each photo has a set price which is based on the size of the photo. More megapixels means a higher price, fewer megapixels means a lower price. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of 12.5% goods and services tax.

Panoramas

Panorama and wide-angle photos vary in size and are individually priced. To find out the size and price of a particular panorama photo, add it to the shopping cart where the size and price will be displayed.

File type

The photos are supplied as downloadable JPEG files with a very minor degree of compression to preserve high image quality. The format of the JPEG files is 24-bit RGB at 300 pixels per inch.

If you prefer a file type other than JPEG please contact me.

Payment

Payment can be made by direct credit to my BNZ bank account, or by credit card through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction).

Delivery

As soon as your payment is received, I will send you an email with the ordered photo(s) as an attachment. If the file size is too large for email I will email you a link to download the ordered photo(s).

Output/printing sizes

The maximum output/printing size of a photo depends on its size (megapixels) and resolution (pixels per inch). Generally 300 ppi are required for good-quality printing of media like brochures and prints, whereas 100 ppi may be adequate for printing a vinyl banner for example.

The following table gives you an indication of the maximum output/printing sizes for various size/resolution combinations.
