As you may be aware, today is the official launch of the new Topo50 map series by LINZ. What does this mean?

Spring is here, my blog has come out of hibernation and the posting of new photos will soon resume. It’s only three weeks until Labour Weekend which, traditionally, marks the unofficial beginning of New Zealand’s summer tramping season. Meanwhile I have added a couple of new ways you can browse my photo gallery: Browse by subject and browse by location. These keyword-driven ways of browsing let you easily find photos of a particular subject/theme/topic or location.
